No matter what business you’re in, employee or owner, safety is always an issue. Even with guidelines, rules, and regulations, it is impossible to negate injuries. All of these rules are designed to keep you and your team safe at work and prevent injuries from occurring but in the off chance that an injury should occur what should you do?

1. Stop working immediately.
2. Let your Store Management know what has happened.If needed, your store’s First Aid Kit should be utilized. Next, your Store Director will have you complete employee injury forms and help you find the closest facility to receive treatment if needed.
